Featured case studies
A curated selection of projects showing how I help oral health, digital health and clinical education teams turn complex evidence into communication that people can understand, trust and use.
Each case study goes beyond the finished content to show the thinking behind it: the communication challenge, what was getting in the way, the strategic decisions I made and how the final approach was shaped around the audience, evidence and intended outcome.
DIGITAL HEALTH
Making oral health data more useful
Disconnected dental and medical records can leave important oral health information trapped in separate systems, limiting continuity of care and opportunities for earlier intervention.
This independent project reframed oral health data-sharing as a clinical communication and prevention problem — not simply a technical interoperability issue.
Outcome: A clearer, clinically relevant case for oral health information that can move across systems
Expertise: Digital health communication · Systems thinking
CME & CLINICAL EDUCATION
Supporting earlier recognition of possible oral cancer
Knowing the warning signs does not always translate into timely action. Unclear responsibilities, inconsistent escalation and uncertainty around referral can all create gaps between guidance and everyday practice.
This case-based learning project was designed to help the whole dental team recognise concerns, communicate them clearly and support safer next steps.
Designed outcome: Clearer recognition, escalation and referral decision-making across the dental team
Expertise: Clinical education · CME design
CONSUMER HEALTH COMMUNICATION
Making product science more useful to consumers and professionals
A science-backed oral health article developed for Lingora® to make complex product evidence more accessible to consumers while retaining meaningful depth for professional and evidence-seeking readers.
The project included audience strategy, a layered content structure and careful alignment between the scientific evidence, product positioning and the needs of different readers.
Designed outcome: A clearer consumer entry point without losing scientific depth or credibility.
Expertise: Audience strategy · Evidence-led product communication
